How do I get started with Solar Monkey?

They will discuss your needs and afterwards set up your account. This doesn’t take more than 15 minutes, so you don’t have to take an entire afternoon off for it.

Afterwards, you can try our software for free for a limited period of time. During the trial, you can cancel at any point. If you feel that we’re a match, you can start your subscription and start selling.

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

Yes. At Solar Monkey, we understand that it’s important to try out a software before fully committing to it. You want to know for sure that something meets your needs before saying a definitive ‘yes’.

After understanding your needs, one of our experts will set up your trial account where you can try our software. During the free trial, you can cancel at any point without commitment.

If you’re happy with our software after the trial, your subscription starts and you can start selling!

What are the system requirements for using Solar Monkey?

Solar Monkey is a cloud-based software, meaning you don’t have to download anything on your device in order to use it.

This saves you time and increases flexibility, as you’re able to use our software on any device at customer meetings for instance.

Are the panels, inverters and any other products I offer available in the software?

As we’re an independent software, we have a wide range of products available in our software. You can select the products you use in your account settings, ensuring that you always have the right products in your system designs. 

In the event that a product isn’t in our software yet, you can share the spec sheet with us and we’re happy to look into the possibility of integrating it into our software.
